I Respect Woman's Intelligence Too

Human’s brain capability should be utilized for Universal Love, for the betterment of Human Race.

Million times I was taken away by awe seeing the capability of woman in running houses, business houses; capability in professional commitments, social activities, social service etc.

Crime should not be excused in any case.

Weak, vulnerable, innocent people will always be victimized. So they should be protected and safeguarded.

It’s better to kill the convicts of rape, because we have to understand the deep emotional breakdown of the victim and even their entire family, friends. Nothing else can compensate their damage. All of them have right of dignified life, hopeful life.

The evil should be eliminated from this planet. A fear wave should be sent to the evil thinkers.

I respect woman’s Intelligence.

That’s why I hate item songs and those costumes. Lust is to be fulfilled in bedroom. It’s a personal issue. Sex appeal in public is not desirable. It wastes time, attention. 

For (movie) business success somebody might use sex appeal but why some individual has to do sex appeal in the public. It leads to unnecessary cravings. Particularly children’s mind will get spoiled. In a joint family we won’t perform things in drawing room which we do in bedroom.

There’s enough room for every need. Open kitchen is good but open bedroom is destructive. Open bedroom is not modern culture, its uncivilized forest animal culture. That is why public romance, sex appeal pollutes children minds. As a child I was victimized by this universal-lust syndrome. It has taken decades to come out of it. I can’t ignore the same thing happening with next generation.  That is why I am fighting against universal lust and towards universal-love. I am not against any individual, business as you might guess.

If we want dignity, security, prosperity we have to behave as if we belong to each other. Negligence at either side will not give fruitful results. Those who are interested in pointing fingers at others will continue shouting like that only. Only those who can understand societal consequences will make their life better and as well for others.

Mind’s capability is what can live longer and can make life better, but not flesh/muscle capability.

Some people are showing flesh capability by wearing revealing dresses and some are showing muscle capability by doing crime – both are destructive. If industries release poisonous gases into air what will happen; Air pollution and everyone will get effected badly. Same is with flesh/muscle capability – its mind pollution. I am feeling really really bad to hear the news of crime against children, woman. If i find some convict i'll end his life for sure.  

Extremists we have to eliminate, but fundamentally addressing what’s going wrong is what can give enduring solution. We should not add fuel to the fire but address the issue at thought level; love or lust; what is to be communicated publicly ?

I too am dreaming of the days when woman can do her work at office and reach home safely. I love all sisters and brothers. 

My Pledge in School is what i Wrote in My Heart.

All Indians are my brothers and sisters. 

I don't have brother or sister to open my heart and speak heartfully.

But i got technology to enlarge my heart. That's the advantage of technology that i can see in modern days.

With blurred vision i can see many brothers and sisters over there. That's why i appeal to them 'spread universal love but not universal lust'.

Believe in humanity. All religions are subsets of humanity only. Pls discover it.

Power 'To' Controll Others

Those who are misguided to control others are causing damage to Humanity.

Those who are claiming to be men are trying to control others using their paisa power, muscle power and pseudo knowledge power.

Those who are claiming to be women are trying to control others using their  lusty body power. 

Those who are claiming to be human beings will only make this human race better and this planet to be a better place to live. 

Those who can't understand the world and ignore/forget their power prove to be unworthy.

Weak, vulnerable, innocent people will always be victims.

World is not Gender biased. Are you ? 

వ్యాపార సూత్రం

సినిమా వాళ్ళు వాస్తవ విరుద్ద స్టంట్లు, బూతు కాస్ట్యూమ్స్ చూపించి డబ్బులు సంపాదించటానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుంటారు. 
అది ఒక వ్యాపార సూత్రం. 

చదువుకున్న వాడికి కాకరయకాయ కీకరకాయ అయినట్లు అది ఒక కళాపోషణ, creativity.

తప్పని సరైతే అవి చూసి మనం కాసేపు సేద తీరాలి కాని వాటిని అనుకరించకూడదు. 
ఏడవటానికి, భయపడటానికి, సమాజాన్ని ఉద్దరించడానికి  సినిమాకి వెళ్ళాల్సిన అవసరం, తీరిక ఎవరికి  ఉంటాయి!!    

అన్ని రంగాల్లోనూ చిల్లర ప్రాబల్యం ఎక్కువ అయింది. 

చిల్లర సంపాదించే మార్గాలు అందరికి లభిస్తున్నాయి కాబట్టి సామజిక అసమానతలు తక్కువ అయ్యాయి.  

విద్య, ఉద్యోగం, వ్యాపారం, రాయకీయం, ఆద్యాత్మికం  అన్నీ చిల్లర చుట్టూతనే తిరుగుతున్నాయి.   

డబ్బు, గౌరవం సన్నిహితులే కాని, నీతి మాలిన వ్యాపార సూత్రాలు బాగా కనిపెడుతున్నారు; చదువులు ఎక్కువ కాలా మరి. అందువల్ల. 

కౌమార దశలో/ యవ్వన దశలో కోరికలు రేకెత్తించేదే ప్రేమ, అది ఒక నిత్యావసరం అని ప్రచారం చేయించేది చిల్లర వ్యాపార సూత్రం మాత్రమే. 

రెచ్చ గొట్టు, చిచ్చు పెట్టు - ఇది ఒక విజయవంతమైన వ్యాపార సూత్రం, ఏ రంగంలోనైన విచ్చలవిడిగా వాడుకోవచ్చు.  
    
ఎవడి ఉచ్చులోనో పడకుండా, ఎవడిచిచ్చులోనో మాడిపోకుండా తల్లి దండ్రులు బ్రతికించిన ప్రేమను సజీవంగా పెంచ గలిగితే అది గొప్ప విషయం.

Life means our Intention.

Q: What is that we want to do with this life ?

A: Love this life and as well love all the lives around us to the possible extent.

Love = Respect.Understand.Trust

Love yourselves

Love your family

Love your profession 

We can do it. 

Love communicates in actions that we perform and as well in words; neither should we miss.

If everyone performs their work in true spirit and appreciates the same in others then where will be the pain or problems ? Only when we do our work well we can digest the food. Only when we do our work with all love and appreciate the work of others we can feel love and fall asleep peacefully. 

Any pain, problem can be solved by that concerned professional. We are living in an interdependent society.

In olden days different works in society are done by people belonging to different castes; in modern days by professionals. Unlike olden days now we can choose our profession and make a still better life.

Only escapists find time to blame others and make fun of others. 

We should not imitate movie hero’s stunts and heroines costumes. 

Some heroines wear costumes to communicate lust intentions as per the character requirements or financial requirements of the movie business. We should not blindly imitate them. Universal brotherhood, sisterhood and universal love can be promoted; can we imaging promotion of universal lust :-0 

What World needs is professionals; are you the one ? Do you have that intention ?

If yes then nobody can stop you and life's purpose is fulfilled.

God = Good Intention, we have that within; we should read it and do it. 

జీవితం వేరు, నాటకం వేరు

నాటకం కల్పితం. ఇతరుల పాత్రలను పోషించటం, ఇతరుల భావాలను పలకటం, ఇతరుల బాద్యతలను వెలి బుచ్చటం నాటకం, కల్పితం.

మన భావాలను తెలపటం, మన బాద్యతలను వాస్తవికంగా నిర్వర్తించటం జీవితం.

మన బాద్యతలు మన కుటుంబం నుంచే మొదలవుతాయి - ఎందుకంటే మన తల్లి దండ్రులు ఎంతో ఇష్టంతో, ఎంత కష్టమైనా భాద్యతగా భరిస్తూ మనకు ఈ జీవితాన్ని ఇచ్చారు. కాబట్టి అందులో కొంతైనా తిరిగి ఇవ్వటం ప్రతి వ్యక్తి  యొక్క కనీస ధర్మం. ఊర్లో వాళ్ళ కోసం, దేశంలోని వాళ్ళ కోసం అనేవి విశాల దృక్పదంతో నిర్వర్తించే బాద్యతలు.  

మన జీవితం కచ్చితంగా ఏ సినిమాలోనో, ఏ పుస్తకం లోనో ఉండదు; అది మనకి మనం కృత నిశ్చయంతో, కుతూహలంతో, నిబద్దతతో నేర్చుకోవలసిన విజ్ఞానం.

మానసిక సుఖాలు కలకాలం, శారీరక సుఖాలు క్షణకాలం.

మనసు సువిశాలం, అపరితమైనది - మేధ అపరితమైనది

శరీరం పరిమితమైనది; అందుకే "ఒళ్ళు దగ్గర పెట్టుకుని మాట్లాడాలి - అనేది".

మనసు ఎంత మంది కైనా ఇవ్వవచ్చు - ఆరోగ్యకరంగా.

మనిషిగా పుట్టిన ఓ మనిషి; తోటి మనుషులు నీకు మనుషులుగా కనిపించుట లేదా ?
 నీ కళ్ళ అందఃత్వమా లేక జ్ఞాన అందఃత్వమా ?

ఇతరుల ఇబ్బందులను నువ్వు విస్మరించగలవు కానీ ఇతరుల ఆనందాన్ని, క్షేమాన్ని నువ్వు భరించలేవా ?

మన పుట్టుక మన బలం తోనో, మన బలహీనతతోనో, కోరికతోనో,  ప్రణాళికతోనో, మన అవసరంతోనో, మన భావావేశం తోనో జరగదు - పూర్తిగా మన ప్రమేయం లేకుండానే పుడతాము - ఒక్క క్షనం కూడా మన ఆలోచన, ఊహ లేకుండా జరిగి పోతుంది !!

కాని; నేను పలానా, నేను ఇలా పుట్టాను, ఇందు వళ్ళ పుట్టాను, వీళ్ళకు పుట్టాను, నేను ఇంత మందికి ఇబ్బంది కలిగించాను, ఇంత మందికి భారం అయ్యాను, ఇంత మందికి ఉపయోగపడ్డాను అనేది తెలియడానికి కొన్ని దశాబ్దాలు పట్టవచ్చు.

ఒక డాక్టర్ని అతని వస్త్ర ధారణ వల్ల గుర్తించడం జరుగుతుంది.
అలాగే ఒక పోలీస్, సైనికుడు, రైతు, ఉద్యోగి వాళ్ళ వృతి అవసరాలననుసరించి వస్త్ర ధారణ ఉంటుంది. 
ఎవరు కూడా వాళ్ళ వ్యక్తిగత అవసరాల ననుసరించి బయటి సమాజంలో వస్త్రధారణ చెయ్యరు.  
అలాగే ఒక స్త్రీ, తల్లిగా చెల్లిగా చూడబడాలి అనుకునేప్పుడు అలాంటి వస్త్ర ధారణతోనే  బయటికి వస్తుంది. 

అంతర్ముఖం ( inside out)

నేను  ఏ స్త్రీకి గాని, పురుషుడికి గాని జీవన్మరణ సమస్యకు దారితీసే లేక తత్ సమానమైన ఆలోచనలు, పనులు చేసుంటే ఆ క్షణమే నా జీవితం తీసేసుకోండి.
అబ్యర్దన:
శారీరక వాంఛలు ఉద్రేక పరచే విధంగా మాత్రం వస్త్రధారణ చేసి నా కాలాన్ని వృధా చేయొద్దు.

శారీరక వాంఛల మీద ఆశలు రేకెత్తించి, నిరుత్సాహ పరచి, జీవితం మీద ఉన్న ఆశలను చిద్రం చెయ్యటమేన నీ ఉద్దేశమా అని అడుగుతున్నాను - వ్యామోహం రేకెత్తించే వస్త్ర ధారణ చేసే స్త్రీని.

When something is not inside, but still if we try to show off or try to communicate to the external world then we are unsuccessful.

A human being is here to:

1.     Be a harmless person

2.    Be a useful person

Inside out:

I’ll use all possible mechanisms/ways to ensure this with whomever I could influence. No second thought. No excuse. No hypocrisy at my side.  

The best thing happened in my life today:

I happened to see the CBI JD Lakshmi narayana in morning walk in KBR Park and I felt like collecting the mud that is fortunate enough to touch his feet. As per the information I have he is the one who gifted the imprisonment to the culprits of the century. Hats off and hearts off – cause he stole my heart.

The worst thing happened in my today:

I couldn’t collect that mud because there is so much hypocrisy happening around my eyes and around my heart.

Whether somebody perceives me as a newborn baby or as a senior citizen (limit extends from 0 to infinity) I’ll sure accept it.

There are 2 ways of living

1.     Optimism ex: Gandhi ism; protects life

2.    Pessimism ex: godse; protests life

We have choice, so Take chance.

Praise the Knowledge

Innocence will always be troubling the process of gaining the intelligence and knowledge. 

But it’s the intelligence and the knowledge which is useful to self and as well others.

So we should always try to excuse the innocence to the possible extent and focus our mind and energies towards gaining intelligence and knowledge.

We have innocence and intelligence within us; so which one do we pamper and progress is our choice.

We have innocence and intelligence in the external world around us; so which one do we pamper and progress is our choice.

We have options to choose, we can select our thoughts.

"Life is an opportunity to improve our brains potential in-line with our heart."

May all hearts find their happiness and peace.

Blessed are those who get opportunity to realize their potential.
Cursed are those who can't open up their intelligent eye to discover their opportunities.

Bless yourself. Feel Your Heart. Realize your potential. Then Obviously World is beautiful. Life is beautiful. Then Life is fulfilled; the purpose of Life is fulfilled. 

The purpose of life is to protect our life and to protect others life; most importantly to strike the balance; win-win strategy; Neither Devdas's policy nor shahjahan's policy - but its the jawans policy [mother could protect for nine months - but Country will protect for ninety years; Group of people's interests are superior than individual's interests]. 

Thinking broad => thinking healthy.
Thinking narrow(selfish) => thinking sick. 

Learning = Improving Rational Thinking

Learning = mapping Known things to unknown things

For today’s child we definitely have to map the rational, or else there’s every chance of they being taken away by irrational magic shows that are shown(taught) on I max screen to small screen.

A teacher who is sharing knowledge to students is not at the mercy of x or y or z.

God is divine and almighty; you can’t buy god with your chiller.

Knowledge is divine and almighty; you can’t buy it with your chiller; our pocket or bank balance is not enough. 

One can gain knowledge only with devotion and single minded pursuit towards the knowledge – with a belief of work is worship. 

Knowledge can only be acquired with obedience to the knowledge person. By misbehaving and chiller attitude no one can gain knowledge.

What is love is taught to the whole world by Mother Teresa – mother of all biological mothers ever could live on this planet. Many biological mothers are throwing away their children who are outcome of their l*** in dustbins – how much innocence; how much animal nature – how much uncivilized – trillion dollar question.

A mother can protect life of another human being only when she has knowledge of how to care for the baby inside her womb and how to care for the baby in the outside world. Then only the biological mother can become a real mother; the purpose of the pain and the outcomes will give result. Innocence is always harmful. Knowledge is always useful to protect the life.  

Similarly a teaching  environment can be successful with teachers who can map technology requirements of the world that we are living in and as well the emotional requirements of the student who is to be prepared as tomorrow’s professional. We do have to count on parents from n number of mindsets who teach child from their inception with their own inherited backgrounds.

A class room teaching of 50 min, packed with inputs which can be guarded with obedience to the knowledge and a bank balance of emotional support to the learners outside classroom can help make the knowledge exploration the best activity in this world.

I am afraid of unlearning the essential things that I learned in my school.

I am afraid of not being able to treat children with care, but I am selfish to find/discover like-minded people.  

100% parents are paying fee.
1%   students are paying attention, to teachers.

How bizarre !!

This World is Beautiful

Way to deal with non-participating students in class room.

Non participating student in a classroom has to be given a library pass (much like gate pass to leave the campus) and instructed to come with an assignment of that day’s lecture topic before the end of that period. Only then attendance has to be given for that period.

Outcomes:

Presence of mind on the engineering subject is getting emphasized in this way of dealing.

Catalyst:

1.    Social disregard becomes an issue of concern!

2.    Freedom to manage oneself is given as an advantage.

3.    Serene Atmosphere of library is given as an advantage.

4.    We can avoid sharing negative vibes or manhandling kids (teachers obviously have concern     for kids – the whole story, script and role-play is in that regard only – else what ?).

Inside-Out

Whatever my rationale says, I say it to the people whom I belong to.

In MLRIT I have everyone and everything in an intangible way.

Someone plays the role of a sister

Someone plays the role of a mother

Someone plays the role of a father

Someone plays the role of inspiration

Someone plays the role of a dancing Jodi.

My ID Card says that I belong to MLRIT. 

My National Flag says that I belong to India. 

My Surname says that I belong to my family. 

My name says my parents rationale. 

My doctors says I am brain alive but not brain-dead, but prescribed me to stay away from brain-eaters. 

Absent minded people should be marked absent only - else what ? 
Mind is the master; body, the slave!

Mind is the master, because mind does the Mapping/Correlation of Internal world(heart) and External world. 
That way mind judges and determines the actions to be performed by the body.

Participation is more important; either at classroom level or at country level - there's no other way to make your life better - take this for granted - because this is PAKKA AND FINAL.
Being awake for some time atleast is mandatory in DEMOCRACY.

Opinions, Attitudes and Outcomes

Hostile attitudes create hostile environments – in which no productive activity can be performed.

Even if some production is done it will be like “operation success – patient died”.

Only trust building words, actions can create better teams and thus ensures everyone performing constructive activities.

 May all hearts find their happiness!

1. Have positive opinion and attitude towards students; because they are the ones who create tomorrows world. Everyone likes to live tomorrow!!
Optimists assets are constructive thoughts - pessimists discover hell with their negative thoughts.

2. Have positive opinion and attitude towards teachers; because they are the ones who are sharing their knowledge. 
If one doesn't have that opinion it’s better to avoid. 

World is enough big and there’s enough good in this world; if one has good thoughts inside their heart then they will obviously find good things in the external world.

Hypocrisy and negative attitude towards human beings is the real culprit for all the miseries in life.

3. Have positive opinion and attitude towards elders of the organization ( personal family or professional family) because they are the people who are giving a platform for teachers or students to share and gain knowledge. 

Gaining and sharing of knowledge is what is called LIFE.

Visitors or Residents ?

Instead of making students as visitors to Labs, let’s make them residents of labs; 

so that they get more time to learn machines language (enabling them to make machines act as per our wish). 

Only then they can improve their creative thoughts in finding solutions for human beings problems (project).

This ultimately helps them in becoming a useful person in the society (by becoming a professional).

We have to be aware as what activity will result in Learning and what could result in Burning.

 è     Learning brings enjoyment

       LIFE = Learn.Indulge.Focus.Enjoy

  è Burning brings frustration.

       What is that we want?

               

          An Engineer must be capable of 2 things

                1. To make machines work by learning their language

                2.  To make human beings work by learning soft skills (speaking gentle and kind words) And presenting whatever information he/she has to team members.

            1^st skill can be developed by becoming residents of labs.

            2^nd skill can be developed by giving seminars.   

One can learn a concept in 10 min, another might need 1 hr.

One can learn a concept in 1 reading, another might need 3,4 times reading.

The first priority is learning, understanding and enjoying the beautiful concepts ( Life is beautiful). After understanding, doing revision at regular intervals of times enables the knowledge to be preserved in brain (hard disk!).

Time constraint is second priority.

Doing things correct is most important that doing things faster.

Travelling safely is most important than travelling faster.

We are not in a hurry to save the world. First we should save our own lives before we can save others. All hurry will bury us.

Before we can be a useful person to others (professional life), we should be a useful person to ourselves (personal life). Both are interdependent.

Any knowledge or in fact anything on this planet is for life saving only.

The rate at which population is growing is much higher than the rate at which knowledge is shared or gained- the reason for all miseries.

Producing is important, but preserving the existing children is more important. 

Instead of emphasizing more on writing and rewriting theory concepts let the students experiment more in laboratories.

Let the minds be ignited, let the practical experiments excite them than anything else, motivating them to crave for more….

Instead of worshiping movie stars and sports stars let them worship their own work.
