Visitors or Residents ?

Instead of making students as visitors to Labs, let’s make them residents of labs;
so that they get more time to learn machines language (enabling them to make machines act as per our wish).
Only then they can improve their creative thoughts in finding solutions for human beings problems (project).

This ultimately helps them in becoming a useful person in the society (by becoming a professional).

We have to be aware as what activity will result in Learning and what could result in Burning.

 è     Learning brings enjoyment
       LIFE = Learn.Indulge.Focus.Enjoy

  è Burning brings frustration.
       What is that we want?

An Engineer must be capable of 2 things
                1. To make machines work by learning their language
                2.  To make human beings work by learning soft skills (speaking gentle and kind words) And presenting whatever information he/she has to team members.

1st skill can be developed by becoming residents of labs.
2nd skill can be developed by giving seminars.

One can learn a concept in 10 min, another might need 1 hr.

One can learn a concept in 1 reading, another might need 3,4 times reading.

The first priority is learning, understanding and enjoying the beautiful concepts ( Life is beautiful)After understanding, doing revision at regular intervals of times enables the knowledge to be preserved in brain (hard disk!).

Time constraint is second priority.

Doing things correct is most important that doing things faster.

Travelling safely is most important than travelling faster.

We are not in a hurry to save the world. First we should save our own lives before we can save others. All hurry will bury us.

Before we can be a useful person to others (professional life), we should be a useful person to ourselves (personal life). Both are interdependent.

Any knowledge or in fact anything on this planet is for life saving only.

The rate at which population is growing is much higher than the rate at which knowledge is shared or gained- the reason for all miseries.

Producing is important, but preserving the existing children is more important.

Instead of emphasizing more on writing and rewriting theory concepts let the students experiment more in laboratories.

Let the minds be ignited, let the practical experiments excite them than anything else, motivating them to crave for more….

Instead of worshiping movie stars and sports stars let them worship their own work.

Lust is Shit

Lust is Shit; Which has to happen for a moment as per our heart records.

Love is eternal as per our heart records.

Lust can lead to our downfall, whereas love can lead us to keep this body, mind, soul forever, as a constructive human being.

Love = Respect.Understand.Trust

Lust or Shit is a momentary pleasure which we need to understand.
Apart from those pleasures there are so many pleasurable things in this divine life; listening to our heart apart from listening to all media around will obviously help us in matching the inner world and external world.

We have to overcome the bad habits, bad thoughts or destructive thoughts which external media will try to induce in us. We should always keep ourselves OPEN to constructive thoughts, beliefs, and habits to be a useful human being. We never can imaging ourselves to be a useless human being right!!?

As long as this heart beats,
As long as mind functions,
As long as this body gains energies,
As long as the sun shines,
We should try to speak useful words and do useful work right; we too should strive to be a useful human being right? All technologies and all discoveries made by fellow humanbeings (including currency) will help us right?

That’s how All izz well.

Maa Tujhe Salaam

In education if we are not promoting ‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’ but ‘paisa tujhe salaam’ – the consequences are clearly evident.

Not only I spoke to my mom and realized for years together – I even spoke to my generation mothers to know how pleasure and pain that it is. It’s an issue of creativity and construction of society, humanity.

Without teaching about mother love, creativity, constructive thinking, humanity and rational thinking no education has got some essence.

Teachers should not be like supari killers to take money to kill the enthusiasm and energies of the next generation of human beings.

As a teacher I felt excited for focusing all my energies and spirit in singing ‘maa tujhe salaam’ on 'Republic Day', because I believe in promoting patriotism in my fellow Indians. But shockingly one of the so claiming ‘father Figure’ told it’s an unproductive work!!

If we teach kids all the technology without including value for a mother they will obviously become like one of my childhood friends to question their mother – “if I am not earning chiller today what would be your fate/future? How could you survive?”  Its a million chiller question right?

Tech kids are provoked/encouraged to show their inner wears but not their inner hearts – how bizarre.

Super stars take crore rupees to do item dances to promote what? To gain what?

As a human being what is your stand, what is that you promote, what is that you live for or die for? What does your heart says? Listen to your heart my Dear.

We might think why should I at all bother about society? If I make money I can gain my honey and heaven on this earth - but one tech kid is enough to use all his knowledge and intelligence to make an atom bomb to make everything into ashes in seconds.

World Trade center became ground zero in how many seconds - how much hard work, team work you know?

Money

Money might help us to buy a biryani but might not help us to digest it.
It takes time to digest food but not money.
30 min in 24hrs of a day one needs to spend for physical exercise to digest food so that one can preserve this body for tomorrow.

To digest facts in today’s complex/challenging world we need to keep our body and mind fit. So we can’t ignore giving enough exercise to both body and mind.

Money might help us in buying a book but might not help us in realizing the knowledge in that book.

It doesn’t take Rs.3 to buy a news paper. But it will take years and years of curiosity in human life to understand what’s written in an Rs 3 news paper.

Kids can’t understand democracy, constitution, laws of land. A kid can grow to 30 years or 60 years- but he will be regarded as kid alone as long as he is narrow minded. Kids create violence, kids preserve chiller, kids are dishonest, insincere and what not; it’s not the mistake of the kids, but of their elders.

Bryan Adams is right in singing – “Kids wanna Rock”.

But elders create better environments for the plants to grow to give good fruits to preserve health of the society.

Laws say: "our enemy is not individuals but their innocence - so let us imprison them in better environments to realize their mistakes"

The purpose of creating money, creating cheque books, credit cards, innocent people can’t realize. Let’s pray our favorite, latest, fastest god. Cause, fast love is all that we need.  George Michael is right in singing “fast love is all that I got on my mind”.

Money is not primary but secondary.
Knowledge is primary; knowledge that preserves respect for human beings is primary.  World will not excuse innocence.

When I was kid I was begging my parents to get me a Kiddy Bank account. Now the things have changed a lot.
I was dreaming to buy a bicycle out of my savings in pocket money. But I am always unsuccessful.

Whether its pain or pleasure, human beings believe in sharing; when life can’t find someone to share, it seems miserable than anything else: just another human being.

Technology in the hands of misguided (wrong) people.

This is what we need to handle, this is what we need to manage.

Wrong people are the ones who don’t have the spirit of humanity;  who are not interested in human beings but those who have courage enough to see themselves away from human beings who brought them on to this earth and who are helping them to live on this earth.

Let them go to dogs or mars! Who the hell is bothered about them?

Please mind this. Cause a teacher will always mind his subject and always will mind his students not to be innocent in his subject. Chiller ki baat alag hota hai; Passion ki baat alag hota hai.

Count on me before you count on chiller in your pocket or bank.

To Whom So Ever It May Concern ( Telugu & English )

What ever a teacher understands why cant he teach to his students ? What's the hurdle ?

Is that Money ? Law of the land ? Principles ? God ?
Who the hell is the hurdle ? Why the hell is so much innocence in me, and in the people around ? Why so much dis ease ? why cant this life be at ease !!??

As long as this heart beats,
as long as these lungs breathe,
as long as these kidneys purifies the water that we drink,
as long as this spirit loves human beings - no power could ever stop this feeling.

Sportive SPIRIT

What is that we are going to win ? What is that we are going to lose?

What is that we are going to protect ? What is that we are going to destroy?

It’s an issue of consciousness. When we are not conscious enough will have the option of putting the heading of ‘good luck’ or ‘bad luck’ to our success or failure; to life or death.

When we are conscious enough we realize how hard it is to lead these many days and years to breathe easy – to be called a human being.
My consciousness remembers how much hard work I have done to shout at my Dad that I am a human being (to tell him “don’t use your communication skills to prove that I am a dog or monkey to obey your commands, rules, principles, commandments”).

Thanks to this world for giving me good people around apart from innocent bad people.

Winning means not making others losers; but showing gratitude towards those helping us let alive.
Winning means saying good luck to others and clearing their way to success in their own thoughts and feelings.

When we understood something and when we learned something our consciousness tells which is constructive and which is destructive. So we need to collect all our energies and build spirit to allow something or to handle something or handle ourselves. For that we need to keep our senses viz., eyes, ears, mind, and heart open for learning.

Whatever u wants to see, see,
Whatever u wants to eat, eat,
Whatever u wants to speak, speak,
Whatever u wants to do, do – before u die.

Cause there’s a difference between life and death.
Cause there’s a difference between success and failure.

Be sportive; in day-to-day life.

World is enough big & There is enough good in this world.

Apart from latest technologies we do have age old technologies to survive !

Whether we have optimistic attitude or pessimistic attitude is what makes the difference for us.

Whether we have constructive attitude or destructive attitude is what makes the difference.

Whether we are consciously aware of our talk and act or not is what makes the difference.

Thoughts travel in 360 degrees. But which thoughts we like and which we make a feeling lies within us.

Those thoughts which make us (but not break us), we need to make note of it – that is the purpose of inventing pen and paper; as far as my knowledge goes. [there are very unfortunate people who still cant use latest technologies like pen and paper u know !? ; the essence of invention of technology u know !? ]

“ Yeh andar kee baat hi ” (vo jo baahar aa sakta hai) – Lux inner wear.

“What’s on your mind is what’s on your body” – ITC outer wear (John Players).

“You can be rich with no money to spend,
You can do everything when you understand
You can be mother when you are a man
Open up - you know that you can
Open your eyes, open your mind, open your thoughts, don’t stay behind – open up, open up, open up, open up – Nescafe

The key is inside you to open your mind,

You know what is out there, your heart can’t be blind, open your eyes n open your mind, open your thoughts, don’t stay behind

Erase all the borders and start in your head, open your mind to thoughts seldom said.

Open your eyes, open your mind, open your thoughts, and don’t stay behind – open up open up, open up open up” – Nescafe

When blood relationships are not enough to “feel love” we can make “heart relations” – law of no land is against it; no God is against it – who the innocent fellow can stop you!?

  • Though we achieve independence (independent life) we can’t escape/ignore interdependency.  Ref: 7 habits of highly effective people – Stephen R covey.
  • Human being is a social animal. Ref: your heart.

When fellow human beings respect you, your heart will tell, that you are grown to be called a human being and you are on-line with this society; and our consciousness tell that we are not an alien, an extra terrestrial being- this is what for we do hard work; It is enough, it’s sufficient to breathe ease, to breath air, to fill our heart.

A man is worth enough only when he could protect the child and the mother who actually could create a man or girl. Only when one could understand the pain can someone understand the pleasure. Craving for pleasure alone doesn’t help; no charity expectations work.
Life finds its purpose and fulfillment in giving, but not in expectations.

“Life finds its purpose and fulfillment with the expansion of happiness”  – Maharshi Mahesh Yogi.

We can hope to expect back what we gave but not just expect something without giving anything.

Some married women cherish memories of their Dad cause they feel comfortable in thoughts of more security, more LOVE.

Man or woman is a physiological issue.
Mother’s care or father’s care is a heart issue.
Care or careless is the primary issue for living things – natural things.
Whether we are natural or artificial is the question.
Whether we are rational or irrational is the question.
Answer lies in our heart; only if we have time and patience.

[ we'll be in touch to explore what's better and what's best; no compromise]

మనసు ఉన్నంత వరకు మెదడు ఉన్నంత వరకు కావలసినవి, నచ్చినవి చెయ్యడమే - రొండో ఆలోచన అవసరం లేదు;

Birth & Growth

For my Birth and Growth others are responsible; Its not me.

I never asked some one deliberately to give me an opportunity to be alive and prove my worthiness.

But i like myself to be open to heart; mine as well others. who am i to start something or stop some thing. i came and i went - but would feel glad if i hadn't messed up with some one/troubled some one; cause its an issue related to heart.

Would feel only gratitude for all those who gave me opportunity to breathe and feel good.

When life is full of failures and guilty it only feels like this inside. Hopefully right !

Hope always tells 'Die another Day - its not my time to go' - Madonaa told me like that. Credit goes to her for singing it right.

Hard Work - Smart Work

After decades of search for meaning of this blessed/cursed life I realized some truths. Now I need not kneel down before some idol of some religious god. God or Ghost lies in our very own thoughts n subsequent actions. It takes time and patience which can’t be counted in currency notes (fake or genuineJ).

No god or ghost can help us to bring back the loved ones whom we miss. No hard work can help us. It only takes our smart work which could help us to find our loved ones in the people around us.

Losing a sister forever at home but still finding a sister at office is a blessed thing – a smart work. It only takes our realization of truths.

Threatening father to protect mother is a courageous thing which requires our realization of truths. At times, to protect our love it might need to threaten our loved ones – cause our existence depends on our love alone, but nothing else.

If somebody can’t love us it’s not a big thing to worry but if we can’t find somebody to love that’s the real pathetic thing for love.

Can we understand ourselves or do we need some one to understand us ?
Can we manage ourselves or do we need some one to manage us ?
Can we lead ourselves our do we need some one to lead us ?
Are we self-disciplined or do we need some one to teach discipline ?

Good questions to find answers for ?!!

When we understand the importance of work then we can work with passion;
When we can't understand the importance of work then work seems hard.

Every thing needs time; Construction needs lot of time; Destruction needs just a moment !! That's why we always need to have protective attitude.

Most Beautiful Women Of India

Cracking through the glass ceiling in a man dominated world is difficult, presents many challenges, requiring many sacrifices to make, and family and society related pressures to be absorbed. Forget a developing country like India, more progressive countries in the West also face the same issue. According to the Glass Ceiling Commission in the United States, about 95 to 97 per cent of the senior managerial posts in country’s largest corporations are held by men. We salute these women who have beaten all the odds and have emerged cream of the crop in their organizations. Take a bow ladies!

1.     Chanda Kochhar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Bank Limited.
